ICRH Scientific Director: Dr. Ariane Marelli

Dr. Ariane Marelli was appointed Scientific Director of the Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research effective April 1, 2024. In this role, she provides scientific leadership to support the setting of research priorities and to inform decisions relating to strategic funding initiatives. As Scientific Director, she works closely with health policy decision-makers and partners in the health research ecosystem to address important health challenges and to build capacity for research excellence within the Institute mandate.
